Note, All Microtrench blades are laser cut from super hard AR450 armor plate steel.  All plate steel has some inherent warp right from the suppler.  Sometimes the warp does not appear until after our processing.  The larger the blade, the more that warp can make it through to the final product.  The amount of warp is random, most blades have little warp.  But, for example, an MT26 can have a lateral runout (side to side) as much as .375″resulting in a slightly wider cut.  Side to side runout is not a sign of a bad blade.
